Well, perhaps just on a book cover, magazine or website near you. Every once in a while Ryan will search to see where his stock photography is being used. Ryan uses a website service by TinEye that uses pixel matching to search the internet for identical groups of pixels. Ryan provides the photo he wants to search, TinEye scans the pixels, then goes to the internet and searches for matches.
The night before we were offered our jobs at Zondervan Ryan was searching to see where one of his best selling stock photos was being used. Ryan was surprised to discover that he was the model on the cover of Soul Revolution, a book by John Burke and published by Zondervan. What's also neat about this photo is that Ryan is holding a copy of the NASB Bible, also published by Zondervan. Check out the cover »
A couple of months ago we finished designing a website for Digibug, a website were photographers can upload photos and sell them to customers. Digibug also provides photofulfillment for the photographers. The homepage features some of Ryan's photography. You might recognize some family members on there!

In this past issue of Rangefinder magazine, Ryan's software review was finally published. To give you a glimpse of the freelance world, he wrote and submitted this article in March...it's now the end of October. We are very thankful to have full-time work again! Read Ryan's review »
